Payment:
At this time, Le Loup-Garou accepts methods of payment through PayPal. Please note that, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a credit card without having to sign in to the PayPal system!

New York State Residents will be charged 8.375% sales tax upon checkout.

Order Status:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and you may check the status of your order at any time by visiting the Account area of the site.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, Le Loup-Garou will notify you via email.

Shipping and Handling:
This is a very small operation, run and maintained by one person, but every effort is made to ship all in-stock orders within 48 hours of payment. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, including tracking number. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. If you have a very pressing deadline for shipment, please contact customerservice@leloup-garou.com and we will make sure to expedite your order.

International:
Le Loup-Garou offers international shipping, which will be calculated upon checkout.

A customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, Le Loup-Garou has no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days for an online merchandise credit only (shipping and handling charges are not refundable). Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with the tags attached. Please use a trackable and insured mail service, as Le Loup-Garou cannot anticipate or be held responsible for return shipping errors.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Le Loup-Garou has the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet return policy requirements.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email returns@leloup-garou as soon as possible to request an item for exchange. This will ensure that the item you want is in stock. Once your original return is received, the exchange will be processed.

Online Security:
Your credit card information and personal information are safe. No credit card information is held by Le Loup-Garou.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or rent the information you provide us to anyone.
